The sheet is made of 95% soft, breathable cotton and 5% conductive silver thread. The silver is woven in a fine grid through the entire sheet rather than sewn on as a single patch, so you stay in contact whether you sleep on your back, side or stomach.

Good to know
- Only use a socket that is properly earthed. The plug connects to the earth contact only.
- Wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can coat the silver threads.
- Lotions and oils on the skin can reduce contact with the fabric over time; regular washing keeps it fresh.
