How to use the neck pillow in 3 steps: charge it, lay it down and hold the Auto button, then relax

1. Charge it

Charge it with the USB-C cable that comes with it, for about 90 minutes to 2 hours until it's full.

2. Lay it down and turn it on

Hold down the Auto button for 5 seconds until the light turns on. This starts the heat, vibration and traction cycle.

3. Use one function on its own

Press the Manual button if you'd like to use each function by itself.

4. Relax

Lie back for 15 minutes, once or twice a day, and enjoy your relaxing session.

First time? Start with 5 minutes to let your neck adjust. Over time, you can work your way up to a full session. The full heat, massage and traction cycle runs for 30 minutes, then the pillow switches itself off.
