How to use

Add warm water
Fill a foot basin with comfortably warm water. Any basin large enough for both feet works.

Place the array
Stand the ionizer array upright in the middle of the basin.

Stir in one spoonful of salt using the spoon provided.

Why the water changes colour
During a session the water turns yellow, orange or brown and small particles may appear. This is normal: it comes from the reaction between the metal array, the salt and the minerals in your tap water, and it also happens without feet in the basin.
The colour depends on your water, the amount of salt and the length of the session, so it is not a measure of anything in your body. Enjoy the warm foot bath for what it is: a relaxing moment for yourself.
