Seals in 30–60 seconds · Regular and wide-mouth jars · USB-C rechargeable

Keeping Food Fresh Has Never Been This Easy

Everything you need to turn your ordinary mason jars into food-saving jars. Put the lid on any mason jar, set this cordless vacuum sealer on top and press start. It pulls the air out of the jar in about 30–60 seconds and leaves an airtight seal, so your food stays fresher for longer and pantry pests stay out. Use the chalkboard lids from the kit or your own store-bought lids, and open, serve and reseal as often as you like.

Seal any mason jar in 60 seconds or less: the sealer with lid adaptor on a regular-mouth jar and on a wide-mouth jar

How it works

One press pulls the air out of the jar

Air trapped in a container is one of the main reasons food goes bad. Cover your mason jar with its lid, put the sealer on top and press start. It sucks the air out of the jar and stops on its own the moment the jar is airtight, usually within 30–60 seconds.

  • Airtight seals: the lid is pulled down tight onto the jar.
  • Works on all mason jars: any regular or wide-mouth mason jar.
  • Works with all canning lids: the chalkboard lids from the kit, or store-bought lids with the lid adaptor.
  • Reseals endlessly: open, serve and reseal as often as you want, and reuse your lids.

How to use

This vacuum sealer makes sealing a breeze

No complicated moving parts. Just press a button and get that perfect seal, every time.

1

Fill the jar

Put food in your mason jar. Cover the jar with the lid.

2

Press start

Put the sealer on top of your mason jar. Press the start button.

3

Wait 30–60 seconds

It stops by itself once the jar is airtight. Lift the sealer off: your jar is now sealed.

Questions people ask

Can I use the mason jars and lids I already have?

Yes. It works with any standard regular- or wide-mouth mason jar, store brands included. Use the chalkboard top lids from the kit, or your own store-bought lids with the lid adaptor. If it has a lid, it seals.

How long does it take to seal a jar?

About 30–60 seconds per jar. Set it on top, press once, and it stops automatically the moment the jar is airtight. It's easier than screwing on a lid.

What foods can I keep in sealed jars?

Almost anything: dry goods like rice, flour, beans, nuts and coffee; fresh produce and greens; leftovers; homemade sauces, dressings and marinades. Leave about an inch (2.5 cm) of space at the top and it even handles liquids.

Can I use it for canning?

Canners often use it to seal the dry or dehydrated goods they keep in the pantry. It makes airtight seals for storing food in mason jars, but it is not a replacement for canning: proper canning needs specific heat processing to keep food safe.

How does it charge, and how many seals per charge?

It is cordless and recharges over USB-C with the included cable. A full charge is good for roughly 200 seals, so most households only charge it every few weeks.

Good to know

  • A vacuum seal helps food stay fresh for longer, but it is not a replacement for canning or for the long-term preservation of perishable food. Proper canning needs heat processing.
  • Keep fresh produce, leftovers and sauces in the fridge as usual, sealed or not.
  • For liquids, leave about an inch (2.5 cm) of space at the top of the jar.
  • Mason jars and liquid chalk pens are not included.
