Removable foam insert
Each belt comes with a removable teardrop-shaped EVA foam insert. It adds cushioning between the belt and your body and acts as a sweat barrier.
Move it to where it feels best, or take it out for a slimmer fit.
Size guide
Measure around your navel
Measure around your navel, not where your trousers sit, and choose the size that matches your waist. The belt comes in six sizes from S to 3XL, covering waists from about 75 cm (29.5 in) to 155 cm (61 in).
The adjustable straps give around 5 cm (2 in) of extra flex in every size.
