Unpacking your mat

Open the vacuum pack
The mat is vacuum-sealed to keep the parcel compact. Remove the packaging and unfold it on a flat floor.

Let it expand
Give the foam 2 to 4 hours to return to its full thickness.

Creases fade
Light fold marks are normal after unpacking and usually disappear within a day.

- Firm enough for sujood: the foam is dense, so your forehead, nose, hands, knees and toes rest steadily on the mat.
