How to use

In and settled in seconds

1. Step into the pod from the top, feet first.

2. Pull the top seam up to the upper chest, then ease it over the shoulders.

3. Let the fabric stretch around you and adjust until it feels comfortable. Use the hood if you like.

Size guide

Small kids (age 4–7): length 130 cm, width 30 cm
Big kids (age 8–12): length 150 cm, width 39 cm
S/M (women UK 6–12, men S–M): length 170 cm, width 44 cm
L/XL (women UK 14–18, men L–XXL): length 185 cm, width 49 cm

Choose by the amount of compression you want, not only by length. Size down if you prefer a firmer hug.
