Measure around the chest, just behind your cat's front legs. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for the most secure fit.
Kittens can wear it from about 1.1 kg (2.5 lb) in the smallest size.

- M: chest 30–36 cm (12–14 in), 3.6–5 kg (8–11 lb)
