How to use

Stick, scoop and secure

Preparation is key. Make sure your skin is clean and dry, and avoid makeup, oils, lotions or other body products, as they stop the adhesive from sticking properly.

1. Put on your top

Wear the garment on your body. Tighten it if you can for the best results.

2. Stick the inserts inside

Stick the inserts onto the inside of your clothing, not onto your skin.

3. Scoop

Scoop your breasts up and towards the centre into the position you like.

4. Press to secure

While scooping, press the insert together with your top onto the breast and press firmly to secure.

5. Check both sides

Make sure both sides look even in the mirror and adjust if needed.
