Measure snugly around your ribcage, right under the bust. Pull the tape tight: this gives your band size.
2. Over the bust
Measure loosely around the fullest part of the bust. The difference between the two measurements gives your cup.
Between two sizes? Choose the smaller one: the material stretches.
