How to use
Say it. Print it. Stick it.
1. Set it up
Plug in the power adapter and set it up on your Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) with the parent companion app.
2. Say your idea
When you see the “ask” screen, hold the white button down and say what you want to make. Then let go of the button.
3. Tear it off
When the sticker has printed, take the top left corner of the paper and pull it quickly forward and down. The paper tears along the serrated edge, so kids don't need scissors. You may need to hold the printer still with your other hand.
4. Colour it and stick it
Colour it in with the pencils, then stick it anywhere you like.
Loading a new roll: new printers come with paper already loaded. When you need a new roll, an adult unscrews the silver screw at the bottom with a #2 Phillips screwdriver, lifts the door, loads the paper with the printable side facing the front and closes it again. Don't over-tighten the screw.
Questions people ask
Can it print in colour?
Printing is black and white by design, so kids can colour their stickers.
Can we use it without Wi-Fi?
You need Wi-Fi or a hotspot connection to connect it and make new stickers. Once it is connected, you can move it around your home as long as it stays in range.
Does it run on batteries?
No. Use the included power adapter only.
Can we use languages other than English?
Yes. It understands multiple languages. Speak clearly in whichever one you prefer.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. Several kids (or grown-ups!) can take turns on the same printer. Each creation prints straight away, so no logins or profiles are needed.
Is it always listening?
No. It only listens while the button is pressed. The voice recording is only held briefly while the sticker is created, then deleted automatically.
Can I reprint a sticker?
Yes. Open the companion app, go to your sticker gallery, find the sticker and tap the printer button.
What is the companion app for?
The parent companion app helps you set up the printer, view and share your creations, and manage the device.
Care
If it is not printing well
- Not printing: most often the paper is loaded backwards or is not straight. Check that the door is fully closed and the power adapter is firmly connected. Still not printing? Unplug the adapter for 10 seconds, plug it back in and try again.
- Faint print: reload the paper roll or try a new one. Snap out the rubber roller at the top of the door, wipe it clean with a cloth and put it back.
- Paper jam: open the back door and reload the paper roll. Jams sometimes happen when a roll is nearly finished; if so, just put in a new roll.
- Set-up not working: make sure your Wi-Fi is on 2.4 GHz and move closer to your router. If that doesn't help, reset it: hold the white button down and unplug and plug the printer back in while holding the button. The screen starts back up when the reset is complete.

- To make new stickers it needs Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) or a hotspot. Set-up is done with the parent companion app on a phone.
- Use only the paper rolls made for this printer. Other thermal paper can damage it.
- Designed for kids 5 and up. An adult should change the paper roll, as it needs a screwdriver.
- It runs on the included power adapter only, not on batteries.
- Keep the paper rolls away from heat and direct sunlight.
