Rest Upright on Your Next Flight, Without the Head Bob

This travel sleep system is a padded head sling that straps onto an airline headrest and holds your head steady against the seat while you rest. It anchors to the headrest and creates an adjustable support point behind your head, so as you relax, the seat helps carry the resting weight instead of your neck catching the forward drop again and again. It comes with a blackout eye mask that attaches to the strap with hook-and-loop panels. No bulky neck pillow and less bobbing awake, just upright rest from take-off to landing.

How to use

Set up in 30 seconds flat

No tools. No fuss. Just strap, click and rest.

Six steps: clip the straps to the headrest, attach the mask, rest, then peel, pull and zip it away

1

Strap it to the headrest

Loop the adjustable straps around the top and bottom of your headrest. Click the buckles shut. Done in seconds, no help needed.

2

Folds flat into any bag

When you're done, the whole system rolls down to the size of a paperback. It slides into your carry-on, backpack or even a purse.

How it attaches

  1. Wrap the adjustable straps around the airplane headrest.
  2. Secure the clips and adjust the tension.
  3. Position the padded section across your forehead or eyes.
  4. Lean back and let the seat support your head.

Setup usually takes less than 30 seconds and needs no tools or permanent changes to the seat.

The problem

Why ordinary travel pillows still leave you uncomfortable

Traditional pillows add bulk around your neck but can still let your head fall forward. This sleep system supports your head against the seat while keeping your neck and personal space free.

Head still drops forward with a neck pillow? Instead of squeezing your neck, this sleep system anchors to the headrest and helps keep your head comfortably supported against the seat.

Key features

Why travellers love it

  • Head support against the seat: helps reduce the forward head drop that interrupts upright rest.
  • Soft light-blocking eye mask: helps reduce distracting cabin light without packing a separate sleep mask.
  • Zips into its own travel case: folds and zips into its built-in case, so there is no separate pouch to pack or lose.

How it works

Keeps your head in its natural resting position

Designed to support more comfortable upright rest without adding bulky cushioning around your neck.

1

Seat-backed head support

It straps to the airplane headrest, so the seat carries the weight of your head and helps stop the head bob.

  • Anchors to the headrest
  • Helps catch the forward drop
  • Keeps the neck area free

2

Adjustable fit

Loosen or tighten the support until it feels comfortable for you. The adjustable design helps create a supportive fit without rigid pressure around your neck. It fits most adult head sizes, from 54 to 76 cm (21.3 to 29.9 in) around.

3

Cloud-soft comfort

The softly padded section rests gently across your forehead or eyes while helping reduce distracting cabin light during the flight. Plush, soft-touch fabric feels gentle on the skin, with contoured eye padding and a gentle, pressure-free fit.

The sling folded flat and zipped into its small case, about 14 x 18 cm, clipped to a backpack

4

Packs small

When the flight is over, it folds and zips into its own compact travel case, so there is no separate pouch to carry or lose. Packed, it is about 14 × 18 cm (5.5 × 7 in) and clips to your bag: full head support without carrying a bulky neck pillow through the airport.

Questions people ask

Will it fit my airline seat?

It fits standard airline headrests with a gap behind them, which covers most commercial aircraft. The adjustable straps fit headrests from about 20 to 36 cm (8 to 14 in) wide. It works on economy, premium economy and most business class seats.

Will flight attendants let me use it?

It doesn't modify the seat: it simply straps around the headrest with removable buckles. You may be asked to remove it during take-off and landing, just like a neck pillow. Once the plane is cruising, strap it back on.

What does it look like?

It looks like a padded headrest strap with a sleep mask.

How tight should the straps be?

Leave a little slack in the straps so your head can rest at a slight natural angle rather than being held bolt upright. This lets your neck stay aligned without tension.

How does the eye mask attach?

The eye mask connects to the sling strap with strong hook-and-loop (velcro) panels. It wraps around your face, and the foam padding blocks light while giving your eyes room, with no pressure on your eyelids. The velcro adjusts to fit different head sizes. You can also detach it and use it as a standalone sleep mask.

Is it bulky to pack?

Not at all. The whole set rolls down flat and is very light. It fits in a backpack, carry-on or even a large purse, and takes up a fraction of the space of a U-shaped neck pillow.

Good to know

  • It straps around the seat headrest, so it needs a headrest with a gap behind it. The straps fit headrests about 20 to 36 cm (8 to 14 in) wide.
  • Cabin crew may ask you to take it off for take-off and landing, just like a neck pillow. Strap it back on once the plane is cruising.
  • Leave a little slack in the straps so your head rests at a slight natural angle.
  • This is a travel comfort accessory, not a medical device. Individual experiences vary.
