Fix Your Grip. Feel What a Real Grip Should Feel Like.

This grip trainer locks your hands into the correct position, building muscle memory for straighter shots and consistent contact. It works on a common cause of slicing and inconsistent ball striking: a grip that changes from swing to swing. The tool-free design slides over any standard grip in seconds. It is durable and portable, so you can train at home, at the range or before a round. It works for beginners learning the fundamentals and for experienced players fine-tuning their grip.

Key features

Perfect hand placement

No more guessing. No more inconsistency.

  • Grip right, every time: your hands fall into the correct spot, with no more guessing.
  • Straighter shots: practise for less slice and better contact, swing after swing.
  • Clips on in seconds: no tools, no slip, just swing.
  • For every golfer: from beginners to players chasing single digits.
  • Train anywhere: at the range, in the backyard or in your pre-round warm-up, to build muscle memory.

How to use

How to align it

If your club has an alignment mark

This is usually a small arrow on the grip. Simply match the arrow on the trainer with that mark.

If your club has no alignment mark

Place your club flat with the clubface square, then centre the trainer's arrow with the middle of the shaft.

This puts the trainer in the right position, so your practice is accurate. Tool-free: on in seconds, so you can practise anywhere.

The problem

The real issue isn't your swing

Most golfers are fixing the wrong thing: their swing. Start with your grip, and the rest follows.

How it works

Stop guessing. Start gripping right.

Your grip changes every swing, and that is why your contact feels inconsistent. Lock it in once, and play with confidence.

The trainer has a moulded groove for your lead hand. Your palm and fingers sit in the same place every time, and your trail hand follows.

Did you know?

Your grip squares the clubface

Hold it wrong and the clubface opens or closes at impact. With your hands in the correct position on every swing, you can work on better clubface control.

How to use

Four simple steps

Step 1: sliding the grip trainer onto the club handle

1

Slide it on

Slide the trainer onto the handle. Use the club's alignment mark or, if there is none, make sure the clubface is square on the ground.

Step 2: placing the lead hand into the groove of the grip trainer

2

Set your lead hand

Place your lead (top) hand into the groove. It positions your palm and fingers the same way every time.

Step 3: adding the trail hand below the lead hand

3

Add your trail hand

Set your trail (bottom) hand on the club as normal. With your lead hand locked in, the trail hand naturally falls into place.

Step 4: taking the grip trainer out of a golf bag for practice

4

Practise and play anywhere

Take full swings on the range or use it for practice swings at home. It is light and portable.

See it in action: fitting it on the club, setting the hands and swinging with it at the range.

How is it different?

The difference in your hands

Before: hands on a plain club grip without the grip trainer

Before

A plain grip, with the hands placed by feel.

After: hands on a club grip with the grip trainer fitted

After

With the trainer fitted, the hands sit in the groove in the same place every time.

Who it's for

Confidence starts with the grip

It works for beginners learning the fundamentals and for experienced players fine-tuning their grip.

It is universal and works well for men, women and juniors. If anything, it sits toward the smaller hand-size end, so it comfortably covers a wide range of hands.

Choose the version that matches the way you swing: right-handed or left-handed.

Questions golfers ask

Which version do I choose?

Pick the version that matches the way you swing. If you are a right-handed golfer, choose the right-handed version. If you are a left-handed golfer, choose the left-handed version.

Will it fit my clubs?

It fits standard and midsize grips, and it often fits oversized grips too. It clips on and off in a couple of seconds, so you can move it between your irons, woods and driver.

Can I use it during a round?

Training aids are not permitted during a competitive round under the Rules of Golf. For range sessions, practice rounds and social golf, you are fine.

Does it work with a baseball or interlocking grip?

Yes. It works with any grip style, including baseball (ten-finger), interlock and overlap. It sets where your fingers sit on top of the grip, so the grip style underneath doesn't matter.

Is it suitable for women and juniors?

Yes. It works well across genders and age groups, juniors included.

Do I hit balls with it on, or just practise swings?

Both. Hit balls on the range with it fitted, and take practice swings at home when you can't get out. Get the most out of it by taking it off every few shots and hitting one without it. That is the rep that carries the feel over to your normal grip.

Good to know

  • Line up the arrow with your grip's alignment mark (or the middle of the shaft) each time you fit it, so it sits square on the club.
  • Take it off every few shots and hit one without it, so the feel carries over to your normal grip. Results depend on how often you practise.
  • Training aids are not allowed in a competitive round under the Rules of Golf. Remove it before you play one.
