Grounding Bed Sheet | Organic Cotton & Silver Thread, Cord

Organic cotton · Silver thread grid · Connection cord

Bring the Feeling of Being Outdoors Into Your Bedtime Routine

Walking barefoot on grass or sand is something many people find calming, yet most of us spend our days in shoes and our nights indoors. This grounding bed sheet is woven from soft organic cotton with a fine grid of silver threads and connects to the earth (ground) port of a wall socket, so you can practise grounding simply by going to bed as usual.

The idea

What is grounding?

Grounding, also called earthing, is the practice of letting your bare skin touch the earth's surface – for example walking barefoot outside. Modern life, with rubber soles and raised floors, leaves little room for that.

Your bed is where you spend many hours every night, which makes it an easy place to add grounding to your routine without changing anything else. Many people enjoy it as part of a calm, relaxing evening wind-down. Experiences vary from person to person.

How it works

Cotton on the outside, silver within

The sheet is made of 95% organic cotton and 5% conductive silver thread woven in a grid.
A connection cord links the sheet to the earth (ground) port of a wall socket – it does not use the live current.
The silver threads carry that connection across the whole surface of the sheet.
The cord includes a built-in safety resistor (50,000 ohm).

How to use

Set up in three steps

Fit the sheet

Attach the cord to the press-stud on the sheet and pull the corners over your mattress. Place it directly on the mattress, with no other sheet on top.

Plug in the cord

Insert the plug into a properly earthed wall socket. Only the earth (ground) port is used.

Sleep as usual

Lie on the sheet with some bare skin touching it – arms or legs are enough, so pyjamas are fine.

Care

Keep the silver threads working

Machine wash with a liquid detergent; line dry or tumble dry on low.
Do not use bleach, whiteners, oxidising detergents, fabric softener or dryer sheets – they can coat the silver threads.
Over time the silver may lose some shine from natural skin oils; this is normal.

Safety: only connect to a correctly installed, earthed socket. Unplug the cord during thunderstorms and when the sheet is not in use for a long time. Keep the cord away from water and young children.
