How it works

Fine carbon heating wires run through the layers of the blanket and give off far-infrared warmth. Instead of only heating the air around you, the infrared warmth is felt directly on the body, creating a cosy, enveloping sauna feeling while you lie comfortably inside.

You choose the temperature and session time with the controller, so you can start gently and turn it up as you get used to the heat.

1 · Lay it out

Unfold the blanket on a bed, sofa or mat. Drink a glass of water first.

Pick a temperature and timer. Start low on your first sessions.

Lie inside, close the zip and unwind for around 30 minutes.

Safety and good to know

Start with lower temperatures and shorter sessions, and build up slowly.
Drink plenty of water before and after each session. Stop if you feel dizzy, unwell or too hot.
Do not use while pregnant, after alcohol, when ill or with a fever, or if you have a pacemaker, heart condition or other medical condition without your doctor's approval.
Not suitable for children. Never fall asleep with the blanket switched on.
