Up to 1800 °C · Adjustable flame · Safety lock

Serious Heat for the Grill, the Garden and the Workshop

This handheld gas torch screws onto a standard gas canister and gives you a powerful, adjustable flame of up to 1800 °C (3272 °F). Light charcoal and campfires in moments, sear a steak to a perfect crust, clear weeds from paving or take on small DIY jobs, with a safety lock that keeps the full-power button under control.

Why a proper torch

No more waiting for the fire to catch

Lighter fluid smells, matches blow out and small kitchen torches simply don't have the power for charcoal or a campfire. You end up fanning, waiting and starting again.

This torch delivers a wide, intense flame straight where you need it, so the charcoal, wood or log catches quickly and evenly, and you can get on with cooking.

How to use it

Connect, open, ignite

1

Connect safely

Turn the valve fully clockwise to close it, then screw the torch tightly onto the gas canister.

2

Open slightly

Turn the knob anticlockwise by about 50–150° to release a small amount of gas.

3

Press to start

Press the igniter button. If it doesn't light, adjust the valve slightly and try again. Use the knob to set the flame size.

Three-step guide: connect the canister, open the valve slightly, press the igniter

Adjustable flame

From gentle finish to full blast

Twist the control knob for a small, precise flame to caramelise a dessert or brown cheese, a medium flame for searing, or a large flame to get charcoal and wood going.

When you need maximum heat right away, unlock the safety catch and press the one-touch max fire button for an instant boost.

Safety first

Three layers of protection

  • Safety lock – blocks the max flame button so it cannot be pressed by accident.
  • Heat-indicating nozzle – the tip changes colour when hot, as a visual reminder not to touch it.
  • Secure gas seal – a tight brass connection designed to minimise leaks.

Built to handle heat

Sturdy, balanced and easy to grip

  • Precision gas valve for fine flame control
  • Reliable push-button igniter
  • Wide, high-temperature flame outlet (about 6 cm)
  • Ergonomic non-slip handle that sits comfortably in the hand

Which gas does it use?

Choose the version that matches your canister: propane (screw-on cylinders) or butane. The torch connects to standard threaded gas canisters.

Gas is not included because of shipping rules. Canisters are widely available at DIY, camping and garden stores.

Safety and good to know

  • Make sure the connection to the canister is tight before opening the valve.
  • Light it with the knob opened 50–150°; do not use the max power button to ignite.
  • Do not hold the torch at a 90° angle (pointing straight down); tilt it slightly if the flame is unsteady.
  • Let the nozzle cool down completely, then detach the canister after use and store them separately.
  • For adult use only. Keep away from children, flammable materials and enclosed spaces.
