How do I turn it on and connect it?
Press and hold the button on the card for 5 seconds to turn it on. Then turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open your phone's finder app and connect the tracker card in the app.
How can I tell if it is switched on?
Double-click the button. If it beeps and the light flashes three times, it is on. If it does not beep, it is off: press and hold the button for five seconds to switch it on.
Can I use it without a smartphone?
No. You need a smartphone to see where the card is.
When does the location update?
The live location updates while the card is connected to your phone. When there is no connection, the app shows the last known location. On iPhone, the location is also updated through the network of nearby devices.
How is my privacy protected?
Only you can see where your item is. Location data and history are never stored on the card itself. Devices that pass on its location stay anonymous, and the location data is end-to-end encrypted.
How often do I need to charge it?
A full charge lasts up to 10 months. You can charge it on any inductive (wireless) charger, and you get a notice when the battery is low.
Is a charger included?
No, the tracker card comes without a charging cable. Any inductive (wireless) charger works.
Is it waterproof?
It is IP68 rated, which means it is protected against water and dust.
Does it have RFID protection?
The card itself does not block RFID, but it can be used next to RFID-protected cards and wallets without interference.
