One side is 100% cotton and the other side is 100% soft-touch velvet. The cotton side feels cooler and the velvet side feels warmer, simply because air passes through the two fabrics differently, so you can choose the side that suits the night.

- Wash it before first use.
- Machine wash on a normal setting with a full load, inside a garment bag.
- It can go in the dryer, but air drying keeps it looking good for longer.
- Pop it in the freezer for a cool feel: it stays soft and flexible.
- Never put it in the microwave: the beads will melt.

Can I use it for side sleeping?
Yes. Place the last two pods over your eyes and rest your head on the hollow end.
Will it stay on all night?
It is made to help you relax and drift off, not to stay on all night. It may slip off while you sleep, but it will be right there beside you if you want to snooze a little longer.
Does it come in different weights?
It comes in one weight: 9 oz (about 255 g), spread evenly. That weight was chosen to feel comfortable in every sleeping position.
Why plastic beads and not a natural fill?
Natural fills cannot be washed and can hold moisture over time. The small, round plastic beads in this mask can go in the wash.
What is deep-touch pressure?
It is simply gentle, even pressure on the body, the same idea as a weighted blanket. Many people find it calming and relaxing, which is why it fits so well into a bedtime routine.

Can I freeze it or microwave it?
