How to use

1. Chill the stick

Put the cooling stick in the freezer. The rod is ready after about 30 minutes; for the coldest start, leave it in for at least 1 hour.

2. Make room in the bottle

Pour the first glass, or take a sip, so there is room for the rod.

3. Insert the stick

Slide the chilled stick into the bottle. The soft seal closes the neck.
