Non-Home Delivery or Postal Delivery
When a package is delivered to your door or to a post office, fereps covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct EUR 20 from the total amount.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Working?
In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.
